Ration Dealer Selection under Public Distribution System (PDS)
The applicant must have a graduation degree in any subject from a recognized university.
Computer Qualification
The candidate must have an RSCIT diploma or an equivalent computer course.
Alternative Qualification
If graduate candidates are not available, 12th pass applicants may also be considered.
Urban Area Eligibility
The applicant must be a local resident of the same ward where the fair price shop is located.
Rural Area Eligibility
The applicant must be a local resident of any village or ward within the same Gram Panchayat.

How to Apply Rajasthan Ration Dealer Offline Form 2026
First, visit the official website of the Department of Food and Civil Supplies Rajasthan at food.rajasthan.gov.in.
After that, the applicant should carefully read the official notification of the concerned district and make sure that they meet all the eligibility criteria.
The application form can be obtained only from the District Supply Office during office hours by submitting a ₹100 Indian Postal Order.
Applicants also need to submit a notarized affidavit on a ₹50 non-judicial stamp regarding the declarations mentioned in the application form.
Fill in all the required details correctly in the application form and attach all the necessary documents.
Finally, submit the completed application form at the address mentioned in the official notification within the given time.
